Forest Lakes Country Club Estates (FLCCE) is the premier Sarasota development that is just minutes from everything – downtown Sarasota, two major hospitals, major shopping malls, beaches, etc. The thing that really distinguishes us is the cohesiveness of our established neighborhood. FLCCE proper consists of 400 single-family homes; 122 additional homes from adjoining neighborhoods give us a presence of 522 homes in our Association. Although membership in our Association is voluntary, our large active membership gives us a strong voice to speak for the community and to host many social events.
